Technical Architect
Larger firms have separate sections for technical as well as design architects, and over time the architects tend to build up their careers in any one of these two sides. The difference between these two choices is that technical and design architects have a specific style of working and tend to be engaged in their specialties.
The design architect often tends to start a project with a schematic design that is used for design development. On the other hand, a technical architect tends to make use of construction documents and administration into use. They are also responsible for providing designs on how the entire building is going to be put together that would decide the appearance of the project. They need to provide intricate details in the drawing.
Design Architect
The designers can be divided into three levels: Junior with 3-5 years of experience, intermediate with 6-9 years of experience, and senior designer with 10+years of experience. You will need to work in coordination with the interior designers and optimize the meeting spaces and the desk arrangements.
Sustainability Consultant
As a consultant, you can also specialize in the sustainability category, where you are responsible for analyzing every aspect of the building design and ensure that it would be suitable for the environment and conservation of natural resources. Once you are devised a plan, you will need to approach an organization that provides ratings on the basis of the operation, maintenance, and sustainability of the building. Urban Designer
